Dec. 8th: Sharing My Love of Brads

Hey Crafters!

No, I don't mean Brad Pitt or Bradley Cooper. It's Monday and that means one thing.  What is that again?  Oh right, time for a new challenge.  This week we will be exploring brads.

I will be honest......I love brads.  No, I mean I LOVE brads.  From the moment they 1st hit the market to last time I went to Micheal's.   I am pretty sure that Micheal's has the doors rigged so I cannot leave without a package of brads.

I have brads in all shapes, colors and sizes.  I have fabric and flocked and glitter brads.  I even have a brad maker.  What does this mean?

It means I have a shit pot full of brads. :)

I really don't need any motivation to use them.  In fact, I probably overuse them.  But that is my choice and little will change my mind.  So this week I will be on the hunt for new ways to use them.  (Pssst....you are welcome to share your ideas in the comment section.) 

The Challenge: Brads 

This week for the 4 Product Challenge I will be using:

• Brads
• Fabric
• Tickets
• Stamps (One set from MME and one from 7 Gypsies.)

I spent all of 2013 trying to use and organize my many unused stamp sets.  I did make great process, but alas, I still have a number of lonely, unused stamps in my stash.  So in the spirit of the season, I am going to give them some love.

The Projects: 

You might think that I would be working on Christmas projects this week.  Well you would be wrong.  I have plenty of Christmas my life right now with shopping, decorating, baking and a December Daily album mocking me.

So I thought I would take a little break from it all and make a few thank you cards.  With all of the craziness of the season I think it might be a good idea to focus on a bit of gratitude.  (At least it will help me relax a bit.  That and a bottle of wine.  That would make a great process video.)
